The Podcast

Solo episodes are presented by a digital avatar created from Shrita's photograph and speaking in her recorded voice. The insights, writing, and experience behind every episode are hers.

On Repute is a podcast about reputation: how organizations build, protect, lose, and rebuild brand trust, credibility, and market position. Through cases, patterns, and executive decisions, the show examines what strengthens an organization's standing, what erodes it, and what meaningful transformation requires. Each episode takes one reputational challenge and traces the choices, signals, and experiences that shaped the outcome, usually in about ten minutes.

Shrita Hernandez hosts On Repute. She brings twenty-five years of communications leadership across public policy, cultural, and mission-driven institutions, with experience advising chief executives and boards on reputation, brand, risk, and organizational positioning. The writing behind the show lives at onrepute.com. The visual edition is on YouTube.
